To Explore, Capture and Create.
The less we connect with something, the less we’re inclined to cherish it. As an artist and explorer, this Earth is my greatest inspiration. Through my work, I wish to bring a deeper appreciation, and further our understanding of the world around us.
Carrying large amounts of camera equipment and art materials around the globe, exploring places like the dense jungles of Borneo, Pacific islands of Fiji, or the frozen mountains of New Zealand, spending up to months at a time, I create works taken directly from these environments and landscapes.
It is my drive to continue a lifelong body of work that depicts a new perspective while immersed in different locations. I hope to inspire curiosity and awe into the minds of my viewers, better engaging them to the natural world that surrounds us.
